| 5:30 PM | Dinner Service: Meal service accompanied by a performance by Espoir. |
| 6:15 PM | Raffle & Open Mic: First round of door prizes and community messages. |
| 6:45 PM | Junior Recognition: U10–U13 player recognition, team cheers, and photos. |
| 7:30 PM | Special Appreciation: Recognition for Mothers, Sisters, and Adaptive Players. |
| 8:00 PM | Main Awards (U14–U18): Team presentations, Coach of the Year, and Graduating Class Sweater presentation. |
| 8:45 PM | Final Raffle: Final door prizes and closing remarks. |

We invite all teams to donate 5 new items of any value to the raffle. Your contributions directly support our players and programs.
