Mothers & Sisters

The “Mothers and Sisters” program is an initiative led by the Espoir Society, designed to foster true inclusivity within the local soccer community. This vital program opens doors for women and girls to experience the beautiful game, often for the first time.

North Surrey Mustangs FC is honored to support the Espoir Society in delivering this mission by providing essential operational backing—including equipment, professional coaching materials, and community-wide promotion. Through this partnership, the Espoir Society cultivates a sense of community via inclusive, non-competitive group sessions tailored for women. These sessions offer participants a chance to rekindle their passion for sport or engage in physical activity within a supportive setting.

To ensure a high standard of care, the program utilizes NSFC’s safety protocols, including comprehensive warm-ups, cool-downs, and proper stretching routines to prevent injuries. Many participants have expressed that these sessions are their primary source of exercise, and the program takes pride in witnessing the emergence of new friendships and connections among women of diverse backgrounds and ages.
